The contracting authority for the construction is the public-private partnership SADEV 94, with investment coming from the relevant local authorities (Paris Region, Department 94 and the Communauté d'Agglomération (district council) of Val de Bièvre).
The enterprise centre/business hotel complex, with a total area of 7,500 m² (75,320 sq.ft), is one of the main specialist facilities in southern Paris Region for hosting innovative start-ups in the field of healthcare.
