Following an initiative by Cancer Campus® in partnership with the IGR, the public sector finance institution Caisse des Dépôts and the IGR’s meeting and information area (the “ERI”: Espace de Rencontre et d’Information), patients now have their very own "cyber base".
The area has five computers. It is open to anyone – patients, their relatives, visitors, etc. – wishing to learn, free of charge, how to use the Internet or simply have access to a computer for their personal or professional use. This is a first in the hospital world and has been made possible by the support of the Caisse des Dépôts.
