Getting to Cancer Campus

Cancer Campus is located in Villejuif, on the Institut Gustave Roussy site, just minutes from Paris and Paris Orly International Airport.

By road

From Porte d'Italie At Porte d'Italie, take the N7 towards Kremlin-Bicêtre/Villejuif until you get to boulevard Maxime Gorki. At the Ford garage, turn right onto avenue Paul Vaillant-Couturier (D6), go past the Hôpital Paul Brousse, then turn left onto rue de Verdun and right onto rue Edouard Vaillant. From Versailles Take the A86 towards Créteil. Take the Hay-les-Roses/Fresnes exit. Turn onto the D126b towards Hay-les-Roses, continue straight and turn right under the A6 towards Villejuif; turn right, continue until you get to the water towers, then turn right onto rue Camille Desmoulins. From Lyon After passing the runways at Orly, follow the A6b (A86) towards Lille/Metz/Nancy. Follow Villejuif/Paris, stay in the right lane and take the Villejuif/Arcueil exit. Turn right onto the D61 towards Villejuif until you get to avenue du President Allende (D61), then turn right onto rue Camille Desmoulins. From Paris Porte d'Orleans Join the N20 towards Bourg-la-Reine; at the "Vache Noire" crossroads, turn left and cross Arcueil, taking avenue Laplace followed by avenue Paul Doumer, and then avenue du President Allende (D61), passing under the A6 motorway. Just after the entrance to Villejuif, turn right onto rue Camille Desmoulins.

Bus

T-IGR 580 shuttle from metro line 7 (Villejuif Louis Aragon) and RER line B (Laplace) Timetables can be found on the RATP website. Buses run every 10-12 mins during peak hours (6:30am to 10:15am, and 4:30pm to 7:30pm), and every half an hour during off-peak hours. The shuttle is intended for staff, visitors and consultants, and travels between the IGR and the metro station Villejuif – Louis Aragon and the RER B station Laplace. It stops inside the site near the main reception (get off at "Institut Gustave-Roussy – Accueil de l'hôpital"). The shuttle is available to anyone with an RATP ticket. From RER B Arcueil/Cachan Bus 162, stop: Institut Gustave-Roussy. From Orly Jet bus towards Villejuif /Louis Aragon and get off at Villejuif/Louis Aragon, then take bus 162 and get off at the Institut Gustave-Roussy. From Porte d'Italie metro station Bus 131 towards Hay-les-Roses/Les Dahlias and get off at the Institut Gustave-Roussy. Turn right onto rue Edouard Vaillant. From metro station Villejuif/Louis Aragon Terminus (line 7) Bus 162 and get off at the Institut Gustave-Roussy, or take the TIGR/580 shuttle.

Metro and RER

Take either Line 7 towards Villejuif (get off at the Villejuif/Louis Aragon terminus) or RER B to Laplace or Arcueil Cachan. Depending on the station, take the T-IGR/580 shuttle or bus 162 (see below).
